EBRD continues to support the rehabilitation project of the Enguri HPP

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, together with the European Union, continues to support the rehabilitation project of the Enguri HPP. EBRD writes about this on its official web page.
"A €28 million EBRD loan and a €7.05 million EU grant for the Enguri plant will fund long-term structural stability work to ensure more reliable and sustainable electricity," said EBRD.
EBRD, together with donor organizations, has been involved in the rehabilitation process of the Enguri HPP since 1998. Accordingly, 205 million euros were allocated for the works carried out within the project.
